Chemtrails are not contrails. Contrails emitted from commercial aircraft dissipate over the span of a few seconds/minutes.
Chemtrails are sprayed into the clouds by the Air Force and the Military in the U.S. and by other governments around the world, for unknown reasons. The most popular theories on the purpose of chemtrails are population control (depopulation) and weather manipulation through the HAARP program.
Chemtrails have been found to contain a number of toxic aerosols hazardous to our health.
Including barium oxide, aluminum phosphate, molds, gold, silver and pesticides; all of which are inhaled by the populace once sprayed into the atmosphere.

"On 2/20/08 I googled "Indirect and semi-direct Aerosol Campaign. I went to a site named ARM -- Field Campaign: ISDAC. The site is located at: acrf-campaign.arm.gov. On the 20th of February there was a link on the site that was named, "ARM Program Participants". ARM stands for Atmospheric Radiation Measurement Program. This link had many agencies, laboratories, schools, etc, that are involved with the aerosol/chemtrail spray program. The government websites of course use the word aerosol instead of chemtrail.
I wrote down as many names as I could from the link, because I had the feeling the link or the site would not be around much longer, since many of us recently got turned on to the name, "Indirect and semi-direct Aerosol Campaign"
On 2/21/08 the link was removed; however I was able to get most of the names on the link. The following are the names of the groups who are involved with the chemtrail spray operations. The names and the order the names are in, are as I found them on the website. The numbers and letters are what I added. A few of the abbreviations I also added.
