10/15/08: Presidential Debate Unseen Hidden Microphone Footage Police Arrest and Abuse Iraq Veterans Against the War
Produced by Mr. E of www.PIMPINTURTLE.com at the New York Film Academy
This video is dedicated to every veteran, dead or alive, who has ever been pushed around by a police officer that enjoys abusing his or her power.
Furthermore, this video is dedicated to every veteran, dead or alive, who has fought to protect our liberties Especially those who have come back to find that their liberties have been extinguished while they fought abroad
Thank you to Adam Kokesh, Matthis Chiroux , Kristofer Goldsmith and the other veterans at the debate who were willing to risk arrest and their lives to let their voices be heard You will be remembered forever
Why is this injustice not being covered by the mainstream news?
That is for you to decide
Please spread this video virally as fast as possible
The Hempstead 15 will be defending themselves in court for charges of disorderly conduct on November 10th, 2008 at 9:00 a.m. at the Hempstead Courthouse located at 99 Main St. in Hempstead, New York. Please come out and show your support on this fateful day for these fine individuals.
If police can treat Veterans this way and get away with it, what is to stop them from doing the same to civilians?
Furthermore, many people have told me to sell this footage to the mainstream news, but I have refused All true independent citizen journalists should strive to bring truth, justice, and honor to the medium of reporting Those who are in it for the money bring disgrace to those before us who demanded answers and accountability from the people in positions of power and authority
This footage was recorded single-handedly on a DVX 100A with a LAV microphone attached to Iraq Veteran Sergeant Adam Kokesh. It is completely authentic and for those who are skeptical, be skeptical I have the original Mini-DV as the absolute evidence.
I personally believe in the free sharing of all information, video, audio, etc. so feel free to use this footage without proper consent credit is cool though

It made me cry to see what this country has come to. It made me cry to see those who have fought for our freedom and liberty be stripped of theirs.
Americans no longer have rights. Americans no loger have freedom. Americans have martial law and the New World Order.
God help us all . . . .

Not to rain on anyone's parade, but the only thing the cop is guilty of is being an ass.
I'll quote someone from RPF here:
"No where does it say you must be read this before you are arrested. It says that they cannot use any thing you say against you in court, unless they read you your rights first. However, they can still arrest you and charge you.
Most commonly, the Miranda rights are read to a person after they are back at the police station, before they are interrogated."

Hello jason.
You are 100% correct. But we are not dealing with a criminal here. This is an iraq war vet. He is not trying to harm a single person.
The correct thing to do (If he just HAD to arrest him, maybe the police should question why he was there in the first place) would be:
Explain to the vet that he apreciates everything he did. He hates to do it to someone who served their country so bravely, but he will have to arrest the Vet. Maybe take him to one side and say look fella. I dont want to do this but your not giving me a choice, you gotta stop trying to come in. Just protest like the rest.
Not slap cuffs on him, speak to/treat him the way he did and file charges. That's complete unethical bullshit
And remeber, even if you serve your country. You will be treated like this if you speak out against them...

Our countries are money earning Industries. And in these industries are the 'Workers', Us.
We have to follow certain company Guidelines to assure these industries turn a profit and run smoothly.The main one would be;
Do what your told, and do not question it.
Now these Industries need a way of inforcing these 'Company Guidlines' and keeping the industry running smoothly through a form of 'Security'. Thats where the 'Authorities' come in.
They watch over you and make sure your doing as your told. And if you dont, they will remove you from the Industry untill they see you fit to rejoin the 'Workers'
And remember, no one is above the law
