For at least the past year there have been very large amounts of mayors, police chiefs, company executives, etc., resigning from their jobs. Given the current economic state, you would think people would hold on and make as much money as they could while it is there, but there is this contrarian trend....
Pole shift theorists think these executives are getting out of the way because not only are times pretty tough now and people pretty angry, but things are bound to get much much worse - they don't want to have people kicking their office doors down and confronting them about lack of services or other issues. So they are getting the hell out, which I would probably do if I was one of them too.

Well, when you force things down the throat of the people, never listen to them, run up trillions of dollars in debt, and over $100 trillion in unfunded mandates, what do you expect? Little Bo Peep?
